Return Policy

Returning Online Merchandise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please follow these steps: 

  1. Review the Return Policy below to confirm your item is eligible for return. 
  2. Inspect all products immediately upon delivery, even if you don’t plan to use them right away. 
  3. Keep the original shipping boxes and packaging until the item has been fully inspected. If a prepaid return label is required, you may need the original packing and shipping label as a reference. 

Return Policy 

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. 
  • Prepaid shipping labels will be provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise. To request a label, please contact orders@mymollys.com and include proof of damages or issues. 
  • For other returns or exchanges (e.g., incorrect sizing), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Category-Specific Guidelines 

Clothing & Footwear 

  • Clothing and footwear must be tried on indoors without removing tags. Items worn outdoors are not eligible for return (unless defective). 
  • Returned items must be clean, dry, and free of debris. Footwear soles should be free of dirt or marks. 

Electronics 

  • Items like cameras, range finders, GPS/navigation devices, game feeders, motors, fish finders, and electronic callers must: 
  • Show return tracking information within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in new/unused condition as defined above. 

Dog Products 

  • Dog-related items (vests, blinds, stands, etc.) must be returned clean and free of hair and debris. 

Non-Returnable Items 

  • Gift cards 
  • Sale or clearance items 
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food) 

Refunds 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. 
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank). 

Exchanges 

  • Defective or damaged items: We will gladly exchange the product for the same item (subject to availability). 
  • Wrong size, color, or product: We’ll exchange the item for the correct one. (subject to availability) 

Shipping  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
